Featuring free access to the private beaches of Ischia Town, 650 metres away, Hotel Royal Terme has a restaurant and classically furnished rooms. It boasts a free thermal spa and free fitness room.

The hotel's spa includes several indoor and outdoor thermal pools, a sauna and Turkish bath. Kneipp baths and sensory showers are available. The private beach is open from early May until mid October.

Ischia Harbour, where ferries depart for Naples and Capri, is 700 metres from the hotel. The town’s main bus station is also 700 metres away, but local buses stop just 10 metres away.

On New Year's Eve, the hotel serves a special gala meal, which must be booked in advance.
